"Charged my wife for service that is included in her lease on a ct4V. Checked the red box for tires needing “immediate attention” last service mid winter but did not say anything to her. The run flats in the rear were so bad that one blew out (10”+ blowout) worst my tech has ever seen. The salesman could sure sell a car here but the service is terrible in every other way. Very disappointed."

"I had the best experience I've ever had when buying a car. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Every time I've purchased a car it takes half a day. With Bill Dodge I was in and out in under 2 hours. I will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade and encourage my friends and family to do the same. Update: After purchasing the car within 2 weeks I had 3 issues. 1, I couldn't connect my phone, 2 the automatic car sea stopped working, and 3 a maintenance message kept popping up. When I emailed the saleswoman who helped me purchase the car she wanted no part in helping me. She was great when I was purchasing the car and after she was done with me. This definitely killed the return customer aspect. The service guys were great and I will applaud them. Very kind and honest. For this I will give Bill Dodge a 2. I purchased a new car at Lee dodge and since buying the car they have been more than helpful. Even called twice to check in and make sure I wasn't having any problems. Bill Dodge should take some pointers from them."
