"I was a patient here, my older brother was and my two younger siblings currently are patients here. I absolutely love them and are using them now for my daughter! Wouldn’t go elsewhere if I didn’t have too!"
"Nickel and Dime operation, Manipulated deductibles. Put alcohol swab on my newborns naval and charged $85 to us without warning. Recommends appointment after appointment in order to further charge insurance. She recommended initial greeting at hospital and stayed for a few min. We were surprised to find a charge for that. Recommended an appointment 2 days later to charge again. Very pushy doctor shouldn’t handle children, was very rough handling our children. Receptionist are all very rude and dismissive. How is this place still open?"
"Dr Concannon is very frank and some may not like his bedside manner to the parents but after 20 years between my two sons I have learned that they both like and respect him.He had always been a great doctor with great advice even when a parent doesn't feel like hearing that your kid shouldn't have a t.v. in their bedroom.... guess what people.. he is 100% percent correct (even though l would lie because I felt guilty)His daughter is also a great Dr.. anytime I wanted to get my kids in they always were very accommodating. If you are lucky enough and they are taking new patients, trust me that your kid will be in the best hands."
"I absolutely hate going to this office. As a child this was my pediatrician and I was not a fan. As a parent, this is an on call for my children's pediatrician and I absolutely hate when I must take them here. Unfortunately, our pediatrician passed away causing us to look for another and I will not take my children here. Just today during a sick visit for my infant, Concannon caused my oldest daughter to cry by yelling at her to read a book while sitting in the exam room because she was not going to just sit there. Little does he know, she has been referred to a specialist for anxiety relating to learning delays."
"Excellent office. Very accommodating and on time for appointments. I love the mix of both doctor's (old school/new school). My son has significant breathing problems as an infant Dr Concannon took the time to teach me how to give his treatments at home much better than the hospital."
