"The front desk personnel was telling me one thing but my prior phone call scheduling was different story. She was finally able to fulfill the prior discussion I had in scheduling the appointment. The ultra sound staff person made a condensing comment to me when I left the examining room. Understand when a person is being screened for potential cancer, being sarcastic is not warranted. I will not be going back to that location."
