"Dr. Clancy is an Angel in disguise. He saved my fathers life, and is continuing to do so. Dr. Clancy will always have a special place in my family’s heart. My father was diagnosed with Cholangiocarcinoma- (distal bile duct, a very aggressive form of cancer) and doctor Clancy performed a very successful Whipple Operation in June 2022. "My husband was diagnosed with duodenal carcinoma in December of 2019. As my husband and I sat in a dimly lit room after just returning from a wake on Friday 12/20/19 at 8:30 at night our phone rang. We were not going to answer and then I noticed it was a private caller. I said I am going to answer just in case it’s a doctor. Sure enough, it was our hero Dr. Clancy. He promised us that even though he was going away, he would work something out to perform the Whipple surgery my husband needed to survive. Sure enough, on a Saturday 1/4/20 my husband was being operated on! Dr. Clancy was incredible! He literally performed one of the most difficult surgeries there is and saved my husbands life! The recovery was definitely not easy but Dr. Clancy NEVER gave up on him! He gave me the best way to get in touch with him at any time of the day or night and he kept in constant contact with us.
