"Bay State Therapy in South Boston has a great staff. They are kind, friendly and very professional. A big shoutout to Megan G. who is my PT, she is wonderful! She is gentle and caring, and so professional. I’m very happy with the results I’ve had with Megan. Also there is Margaret at the front desk who is very pleasant and always so helpful. Thank you girls."
"When I injured myself in a snowboarding accident this past March, I chose Bay State Physical Therapy in South Boston for my recovery and I am very grateful that I did. I worked for several months with Jill until she left the clinic, and then with Megan until the end of my ~8 months as a patient, and both of them were fantastic. The recovery was long and discouraging at times but they provided constant help, both in the clinic and outside through personalized programs on the app, and I was really able to feel the progress each time I went in. I'm now finally back to feeling 100% and credit it all to the Bay State team. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in the area who is looking for help in their recovery of any injury."
"I choose Bay State physical therapy in South Boston, and it was one of the better decisions I have made . I have been treated there during three different intervals, and all have been truly fantastic. I was lucky enough to have been assigned to Jillian O’Connell, who is a true master of the craft of rehabilitation. After having went through two hip replacements, I began treatment at Bay State and the recovery results have been incredible . The program put together is a well thought out process with amazing results . I went from unable to walk, and now can actually run. Having played competitive sports through college, and after, it is unreal to see the results that have transpired. Before coming to Bay State walking was the goal, having never envisioned actually running . The second script for Bay State was related to a lower back and hip flexor strain . Again was Jillian O’Connell to save the day . The hip flexor strain , which was a four month lingering pain, is now 100 percent . The lower back pain is constantly improving. The program prescribed is organized with a purpose, and results again are appreciated and unbelievable ."
"Bay State Physical therapy is the best place to go they do a wonderful job. I went there for my knees and I could not walk it was hard and difficult to stand sit and lay down, and now I am able to walk sit stand lay down. I really recommend them to anyone that is having issues with their legs backs arms."
"Its the Physical Therapists that make this place great! PT really can be a game changer when matched with the right person. Love the way they conduct their sessions. Easy to make and change appointments around life. There is on street parking, or just two blocks away a small parking lot with free 2 hour parking."
