"I was initially impressed by the intake person and had hopes of finding both med support and therapy at one place. Unfortunately there were no available therapists, but continued with the med management route. I was pleased with the med managers availability but the day before our appointment she cancelled and said she was not a good match and didn’t want to take me on as client. I respect her honesty but cancelling the day before was not appreciated. Her message also promised referrals to a better match for me but it was just a list of other groups not specific providers better matching my needs. Unfortunately I have found most metal health groups to be full of promises that fail to scheduling and billing problems which is sad because most of us seeking help are struggling and need additional chaos or disappointment. I will stick with individual practices in the future."

"I went there pretty nervous becaue i am going to a big life transition and the therapist that I met with instantly tired to push me off onto another practice and would not listen to my level of support needed. We finally asked her if she would be willing to continue to see me and see how it goes and then decide on my level of care however she called me 48 hours before saying sorry I will not be able to see you leaving me in a lurch. I found it to be very disappointing in the way she said she had to go to her director who didn't know me at all and to make choices about what level of care i need without asking my opioion or listening to me. VERY FUSTRATING !!!"

"If I could give it no stars I would. I am depressed due to a recent genetic physical condition. That's why I went back to therapy. During my second meeting without knowing me or contacting my previous therapist decided I needed a day program at a hospital from 8:30 to 5 . I explained I wouldn't be able to last that long due to my condition. I was looking for therapy not a day program."
