"Excellent experience and my left shoulder is better after about 12-14 weeks. Joel, Steve, Karen, and Diana are spectacular. Joel was my main guy and we worked the shoulder using many different stretches and techniques. Diana is no longer there (she moved on with her career) but she was fantastic and did some extra exercises with me. There are assessments every 2 weeks or so to make sure the shoulder is feeling better. The whole team was very kind and encouraging. We had some witty conversations too!
