"Started weight-loss program, months into the program, did all my checklist. Dr. Paul O'Brien, was one of my last visit. I was upbeat upon meeting him and excited to move forward with the program. After our 1st initial appointment, he left me feeling discouraged, defeated and depleted. Unfortunately, due to our interaction, I asked to be removed from the program. Everyone else at this facility from the reception to the dietitian was uplifting and supportive. All the medical procedures, appointments and lab work my insurance paid all for null."
