We had our mid pregnancy ultrasound here at 20 week and not only was she incredibly professional and courteous she explained every step, every measurement, she explained what we were seeing so we could truly take in the experience of seeing our unborn baby and our ultrasound pictures are better than ANY of our friends pictures, I feel blessed to have been able to utilize this facility, endless thank yous from this first time mom P.s- she even cared for my husband in a quick and effective manner when he nearly fainted in the appointment, she offered a piece of candy for sugar, some water and for him to sit momentarily until he felt better and that's above and beyond expectations for me"

"Lack of employees causes interruptions during your appointment creating long wait times. You will also have money deducted from account without being informed of when or how much. Not a terrible place, but not the most professional either."

I went to have an ultrasound for pregnancy #4 and was blow away at the absolute level of genuine compassion and care. I had a very bad experience with my last pregnancy and the absurd lack of compassion and the rush to hurry up and get on to the next patient. Shaila was an angel. Reassuring, calming, and funny too! I HIGHLY recommend them. The drive from Worcester to Chelmsford was 150% worth the knowledgeable compassionate care I received. I'll never go anywhere else."
