"Alyssa has done an amazing job of building up a friendly and knowledgable staff and admin! My children have been seeing her since she opened and she never fails to amaze me ! She truly knows her stuff and she is fantastic with my not so easy pre teen ! Not mention her shoes!!! Go find out !!!! Also highly recommend her for connective tissue issues!!!"
"My rights were violated, and by my physical therapist, she called the doctor without my written permission, violating HIPAA. She told me I needed to rehome my puppy, and that I needed that I had a mental condition and not a physical condition. Personally, I think she needed to be fired. How dare she do this? She had no written permission, and how dare she tell me to rehome my dog I cried for hours after my session I actually landed up canceling every session I had saying I don't long wanted to do physical therapy actually after her session I no longer wanted to be a part of anything to do with her. I think she should be fired. I plan to sue this place for everything they have I was so angry."
"Bay State Physical Therapy is amazing! I had a great experience working with Alyssa for chronic hip pain. She was great to work with and I ended my care plan knowing exactly what I need to do to continue feeling better. Highly recommend!"
"This Team is very knowledgeable and communicates well. They work with you to progress in your recovery and know when you still need some time at you current level. Update: I've now finished my program and I'm still extremely pleased with my experience here. On the first visit we set a clear goal that we worked steadily toward until I had achieved it. Now I can return to my favorite activities with a new perspective on using strength and conditioning to help prevent injury. I hope I never need physical therapy again but if I do I'd definitely return here."
"Alyssa Bissonnette is a fabulous Physical Therapist. She constantly checks on your ability, what the doctors want done and even makes further recommendations as needed (which she sends to your doctor). The entire staff at Bay State are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend them."
