"It's been 2 months of contact with this agency, only to be told I was denied for fuel assistance. I provided them with every bit of documentation needed, only to be told that's not good enough. Sadly I will be paying out of pocket for fuel this year, even though I financially qualify for this program. My situation qualifies as an "emergency" yet I cannot get fuel. Don't expect instant results here, especially if you're self employed, they will drag you through the mud, and leave you there. Unsympathetic. No compassion. A waste of time."
"Awesome place. Awesome people! They gave me help when no one else would even give me the time of day. Thank you CAP!"
"I love the people who work here!! they are all so helpful and amazing! specially the ones who work the homeless outreach and the pantry. they are truly rock stars. my whole life was just a mess before meeting them and now I'm no longer struggling with homelessness and they are the thanks for it all ... well some work from me but truly if they didn't help me with the resources I would never have gotten this far. thanks to cap and your teams we love ya!"
"During tough times reaching out to be difficult. So my son and I would like to thank God for the sweet people that worked there today and made during a very tough and humbling thing a smooth I'm pleasant experience."
"They have been more than generous & helpful during this covid pandemic & they do not discriminate against people with disabilities. Sabrina & Abigail are 2 of the women that helped me with my fuel assistance, electric discount program & housing... Excellent place, when you need a helping hand..."
