"I was seen in follow up. The doctor and NP were awesome. Explained everything and treated me with respect. The only small issue that I had was with the receptionist. I was waiting at the window for a full 5 minutes, possibly longer and she was nowhere to be seen. When she showed up she spoke loudly from down the hall asking me if I had an appointment. She did not make me feel welcome at all. Other than that , the visit was great"

"I had my first appointment, it was fine… Scheduled a second one for a year later, it got canceled out of nowhere and when I went to reschedule, they were going to schedule me out three extra months. So I ended up going with a different dermatologist there, he was fine… Scheduled six months out got canceled again, can’t reschedule for another several months. They are ok at best but canceling 50% of my appointments and offering a reschedule months out is getting obnoxious. I’m looking for a more reliable place."
