After he plows my driveway, he would come out and shovel around my walkway, and my mailbox, and tidy up, to make the driveway and the walkway clear and look nice. He would call every year to ask his customers if they need his services this year, which is a great service when you actually not thinking at the time of preparing for winter, he would be on it! "They closed my pool in October, and were supposed to open it in May. Charged me thousands of dollars in chemicals and rebalancing efforts and I still can't swim in it in August. Blame has been placed on above-average-rain, closing it while it was green, and using a cartridge style filter that they sold me (system itself was installed by previous owners). Blame has also been placed on inexperience, but I thought that I was paying them for experience and insight. I think I've shocked the pool 8 times at this point and followed every direction. I'm attaching a photo of what 3 months and thousands of dollars gets you with Rick's swimming pools. According to their machine, this is a perfectly balanced pool. So, if this is your idea of a fun time, go to Rick's and he'll help you out. You may even find some giant water bugs living in it, if you're as lucky as I was.
