"I bought an 18k gold ring online, the ring was in great shape, looked brand new. I brought my ring to this shop to have it sized, the jeweler hacked it up, came back pitted and was in rough looking shape, was scratched and not polished, bent up also. I wore the ring for 6 weeks, it has three cracks and was pitted from he work that the jeweler had done! They tried to blame the gold softness. Jeweler said he would not work on ring and would not fix the mistakes!! The worst experience I have ever had!! They told me to bring it to competitor. So I did. Sad they destroyed my 1500 dollar ring!!! Beware of this jeweler, and service was not much better! No accountability and would not stand by their work!!"
