"I HAD ASKED GENTLE MAN WORKING THERE. TO TUNE UP MY9.9 HONDA ELECTRIC START!- HE WAS HONEST BUSY CALLED ME I DROPPED OFF MY BOAT& MOTOR!- WAS IN AREA NOTICE BOAT HAD MOVED IT WAS DONE ! WOW!- I WAS HAPPY!- GOOD JOB!"
"I called to speak to them a boat that I just acquired. I advise them that it had been sitting for a while, and I was requesting them to do a once through of the boat to find out what needed to be done to get it going again, and then having them fix the boat. They stated, that they had no interest and it was a wasted their time. The conversation with them saying" thanks for wasting my time". Then they hung up the phone. Extremely unprofessional individuals who work there."
"Very pleasant, but a difficult experience bringing my boat out this spring. They winterized it and stored it. I asked them to look at the battery and how it was starting. They charged me for adjusting the clutch and said it was good to go. Put the boat in the water and it wouldn't start...and it was sinking. Turns out the drain plug was missing. I am a total novice..didn't even know there was a drain plug. But, the boat went directly out of the water to their shop in the fall, so I'm not sure where the plug went if they didn't take it out. It doesn't seem like the type of thing that falls out. And, when I spoke with them, they said they might have taken it out if there was water in the boat when they winterized it. TL;DR I asked them to winterize and fix my boat, and they didn't fix the starting issue and I believe left the drain plug out to boot."
"Jim was very helpful and friendly throughout the process of buying a new boat. He has answered every email quickly and accommodated any requests for accessories with honest pricing and very clean/thoughtful installation. Can’t say enough about the small-town treatment you’ll receive at Al’s"
"Nice people. Great service. Had what I could not find at two other Honda dealers nor at two large marine supply stores. Offered to wait for me if I could not arrive before closing time. I'll be back! Feels good to buy locally. Oh, and they saved me $50 or more than it would have cost on-line."
