"Terrible customer service! Shipment was delayed by several weeks. When I placed the order it initially said 6-10 days and a couple days later turned for 3 weeks, after that it turned into 6 weeks. I asked for an overnight and they declined. The manager was rude and declined to provide any type of discount. Stay away from this place!"

I called at 4PM, told them I needed a common O-Ring that their website said was in stock.Unbelievably they shipped it overnight, I have tracking information that proves they did what they said they would do and I will have it tomorrow......whew.
