"My husband and I bought a hot tub there years ago and the customer service was very good at the time. I realize the tub is now old but we have made several expensive purchases from them in the past including two heaters and a new cover. My husband passed away on Dec. 11 and the panel on the tub started blinking and the temperature would not stay hot. I explained the situation to them and never received a call back from anyone. I was told that they currently have no service person available there but they do have someone who they contract with and they would have him call me. No one ever called. When I finally reached them not only were they not helpful to me they showed no compassion for my situation. Most businesses are great when they're trying to sell you something but their true colors come through by how they treat people who just might need a little kindness."
