"Allstate's coverage has been good on the few occasions that I needed it and pricing seems to be reasonable. They are shifting their customer service to as much automation as possible, so if you want to speak with your agent at each renewal then you are going to have to push to make that happen. They also want to know "How are we doing?" after each interaction. Too many surveys!"

"I’ve had both State Farm and Geico in the past and I’ll never go back to either. All State literally saved me $100 on my insurance and I have more perks with this plan. For full coverage with Geico and no rental car covered AT ALL, I paid approx $234. For full coverage with All State, I pay $132 and it includes full rental coverage as well as renter’s insurance. The woman who set me up with my plan was friendly and honest, something very important to me since I handed over a $6k check from Geico to Gage Hill Auto Body of Dover, NH and he absolutely destroyed my car (brought it in for body work and paint, got it back with fresh scratches, reused damaged parts, orange peel paint with hair stuck in it and chips in the brand new paint AS WELL AS THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON???) Geico refused to step in despite the obvious theft (he refused to start work on my car until he got the check from Geico and then took my money and used old parts rather than purchasing the new, undamaged ones in order to pocket the excess cash from the insurance check) and they did not have my back, so I dropped them immediately and will never look back. YOU REALLY ARE IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALL STATE!!"
