"Very poor appointment organization/management. I set up an appointment two months ago and confirmed that the doctor was taking new patients (the office confirmed this). They just called me two working days before Christmas to inform me the appointment in January would need to be rescheduled because the doctor was evidently not taking new patients. Of course, the next available appointments are >6 months out. Completely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and very unsupportive of patients. I wish they would have just told me 2 months ago they couldn't take on new patients as I could have set up an appointment with another provider, not having wasted 2 months and delaying this needed visit even further. With the holidays, I likely will not be able to talk to anyone about an appointment until mid-January. Very underwhelmed by Lifespan ObGyn. Do better, folks."

"Ive seen my Dr Goldman for over10 years & she is awesome. I had seen Dr Thode in her absence & he was absolutely wonderful. He was informative, thorough and a great bed side manner. I felt very comfortable in his care. If I were to switch my gyn I definitely would go to him."

"This place is awful, unorganized and they lie to make you stop addressing issues. I began my journey with them when i found out i was pregnant and i’ve had cancelled appointments due to no doctors showing up to the office after driving 40+ minutes. I am currently in the hospital they scheduled me to go to to be induced and it’s been over 24 hours and i have not been induced, instead when i first got here the midwife lied and said i was contracting on track so that she didn’t have to induce me because in reality “all the labor rooms were taken and they are under staffed”. i have decided on a natural pain med free birth and the nurses at the hospital they scheduled me to go to for an induction continuously offer pain meds in order to get me to stop complaining about not being induced yet. At 3 am i spoke to a midwife that guaranteed me i’d be induced after breakfast and it is now 1PM and no word from anyone except the nurses complaining about how busy the labor rooms are. it’s awful and if i didn’t need an induction and could naturally dilate i’d be at another hospital. I would recommend no one ever go with lifespan for any procedure they are not concerned about their patients. Let’s not forget them billing my insurance for a procedure they haven’t even completed. They have me staying in the hospital until they feel like they aren’t understaffed enough to help me get through my birth which has been long over due. Now i have to give birth with people i don’t trust that make me feel completely uncomfortable whenever they decide it’s convenient for them."
