"Provider reviewed my case, agreed to take me on as a patient. Scheduled appointment 1 month out to received a call 3 days before the appointment that it has been cancelled. The provider is no longer preforming surgeries. Seriously! Why even agree to take the case. So I scheduled with a provider that was joining the practice. Had to wait another month to be seen. Provider was really thorough which i am appreciate for. Thought the appointment went really well. She told me her office would call me to schedule my surgery. She asked during the appointment how soon I wanted the surgery. I told her sooner the better because I am in pain. She agreed. It's now been another 3 weeks with no call from the office to schedule the surgery. I was told when I reached out that the (one) surgical scheduler is working on a backlog of patients and will call me as soon as they can. I'm beyond frustrated. I am in pain and there is zero compassion from the office staf when i call. No one can help me. I understand staffing issues but the lack of care is unacceptable. This is not how you would want your own family to be treated so why is it okay? Apparently my surgery is not urgent enough to be scheduled and soon. I just want this surgery and to be pain free."

"The reviews stand accurate. Kathy was a nightmare to speak with. SO RUDE and refused to provide me with a manager given my concerns about the scheduling delays. I have had to chase scheduling down, be my own advocate and they truly could care less about the patients, it’s obvious by the attitude."

"Have had different doctors every time I went and all I get is contradicting medical advice. They are constantly discrediting each other leaving me with no sound advice. Unfortunately, at this time I can't find another office, so I'm stuck here. In my opinion the nurses are more personable than the doctors at least the ones I had to deal with. Shout out to all the kind nurses you're the only reason I don't cry every time I have to schedule an appointment."

"5 stars specifically for one of the nurses Trinity. I had been trying for days to get my correct birth control prescription (my prescription had expired and I had gone days without). She made sure to call me multiple times, even calling my pharmacy and researching herself that I was getting the right prescription. Thank you!!"

"I called to get a refill on my medication and was on hold for 30 minutes. The receptionist was super rude and wouldn’t let me refill without making an appointment, which I understand is the policy. She put me on hold for ten minutes to make an appointment without even asking me for my availability and then seemed frustrated when I couldn’t do that time. The appointment is four months out and I don’t even know what it’s for- I’ve been on this medication for a year. I told her I was out of my medication and she almost hung up without me telling her the pharmacy. Then they never filled my medication. I went to the pharmacy 12 hours later and it was never sent in. Called the next day and after 20 minutes on hold, asked about my refill “ well what do you want to know about it?” She told me to call the pharmacy and hung up. I get it’s clearly busy and stressful- but maybe consider being a little bit nicer and more helpful. I also had a procedure done there and was told multiple times to “calm down” when I was really anxious about it by the doctor, who never explained what she was doing and rushed through the results before I could ask questions. She was in a rush the entire time and seemed annoyed that I had questions about my health. I would go elsewhere if you want to be treated like a human being."
