"No one ever answers the phone"

"Poor customer service plus what is point of applying if you don’t get help when need. Been told they are calling May of 2021 for a year . This is ridiculous!!"

"Nobody answers the phone, I called for days and left multiple voicemails. Then when I did get a phone call back I asked to speak to someone higher up & they said they would have someone call me back within the same day and guess what nobody ever called me. When a worker called me to go over my voucher I told her the receptionist said that if I wanted to get my voucher back dated I’d have to talk to my worker and when I said that to the worker she raised her voice and told me there was a law in place that they couldn’t do that and then 10 mins later the receptionist called me from Pace and was yelling at me saying I put words in her mouth !!!! Funny they never answer the phone or return calls but she called me to yell at me…… so unprofessional"

"Unpleasent people work the phones. I was wrongly directed to this agency for 10 days! My first VM I left on the referal line. Then both the referal line and the main voice mail.. AFter not hearing back within 48 I called everyday and left atleast 4 VM . that last 3 days ALL voicemail boxes have been full. Finally after calling 5 times in a row some one actually picked up. I tried to explain my urgency and the woman instantly got rude, said I was not calling the right jurisdiction and I couldnt have been calling for that long because my name doesnt sound familar and there are only 2 people who return calls, her and another, and they recieve hundreds of phone calls a day. WELL maybe you didnt get to my messages yet because the voicemails are full, but thankfully Im with the right agency and for that I thank her, I was directed to a very pleasent woman in my jurisdiction did not seem urked at the urgency of my call. I feel for the people who actually have to work with this agency."

"I give 2 stars because they "help" when your in need and the person who called me was very nice. However I can not get thru to sleek with a real person and I've left multiple voicemails. I was supposed to get an email of referal lists and its been a week and a half still nothing!! What the heck!"
