"I needed medical records transferred. They received my form and didn't contact me to pay the $15 fee. Then they told me it's going to take 7-20 business days to transfer records. I told them it was urgent because I'm pregnant and I need to get the records transferred ASAP for the doctor to review and see if they can accept me as I have moved. ZERO sympathy and acknowledgement of how dire the situation was. Great job upsetting a pregnant woman and putting her pregnancy in jeopardy."

"The provider was very kind and understanding about my condition- however.. you should be warned The nurse asked if my mom was living and then proceeded to ask if my grandparents were alive and how many siblings I had. I get the need for medical history, but this was a very insensitive question. Asking for medical history of my family would have done just as well. You should also be aware that they take your vitals and your weight in a waiting area where all the patients waiting for labs can see and hear your weight and vital signs. If you value your privacy you might feel uncomfortable going here"
