"Got a positive covid test a few weeks ago, went in to confirm as I had to travel abroad a few weeks later. For what turned out to be a 10 minute visit, I was charged over $500 for the covid test, service and influenza test. I was never told upfront by the PA or receptionist that the service alone would be hundreds of dollars, that I’d be charged 50-70$ for each individual test. I get that it’s a business looking to take as much money as they can, but the fact that they don’t tell you anything about pricing and then bill you hundreds of dollars for a covid/influenza test series is insane. I would appreciate if the staff and company had transparent pricing or told you upfront before they conducted tests so I could avoid going to an overpriced medical office. People reading the reviews should avoid this place unless they have premium insurance as this felt like a scam of a price for the amount of work they actually did."

All staff were friendly, concerned, and professional starting with the girl at the registration desk, Brian...the intake tech, and Kristen...the provider assigned me. Kristen was thorough in assessing my ailment and prescribing medication to take care of the issue. I would strongly suggest the care and service provided by ConvenientMD."

"From the front desk staff to the medical staff we’ve consistently had excellent care. The staff are welcoming and needs are addressed quickly. I’ve taken both my kids here for illnesses when their pediatrician’s office was closed and they were wonderful with both of them, making them feel at ease and cared for. They have coloring books, stickers, and TVs in the waiting area and patient rooms to keep pediatric patients calm and happy. My husband and I have also both gone as patients and had similar levels of quality care. The staff explains each step of the exam and clearly explains the diagnosis and treatment plan. In addition, the waiting area and patient rooms are immaculately clean. For common illnesses we have been in and out in less than an hour which is fantastic for an urgent care visit. We used to go a different urgent care in town but we will only go to convenient MD from now on."
