"BEWARE - I was given the run around for a week when trying to complete a transaction with this company. The first person I spoke with (on Monday) gave me instructions and told me that once complete it would take up to 5 days to finalize the transaction. I did what I was asked to do, which included involving my landlord, and once finished I was sent to another individual who "had to check on if it could be done" (this was on Tuesday). Now it is Thursday and I am being told that they can't do the transaction even though the first person told me they could, and had me run around completing tasks for it. She presented a ridiculous alternative that included involving my employer in my personal financial situation, which I am absolutely not OK with. If I had been told that it couldn't have been done on Monday, when the first conversation happened, I would have been fine with that. But to wait a week to ultimately tell me that even though I was told it could be done and I ran around collecting everything I was asked to collect, now that is all for nothing and "Sorry but you're out of luck" "All that was for nothing" ??? NOT OK. Oh, and did I even mention the condescending nature of the correspondence? Phrases like "You might want to try working something out on your own" and "this might help for now but what would happen when next months bills come?" are just a couple of the seriously condescending phrases that someone at this company actually said to me while seemingly trying to make me feel bad about what I was doing with my own money. PLEASE BEWARE IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY!!"
