"You'll never talk to an agent who works at radius. They seem to utilize a network of "temps" to help with customer inquiries. When I had a claim to file they were of no help and it was hard to get a response. When I finally cancelled my policies, I had to follow up everyday just to get a status update to see if they needed any more information to make the cancellation actually happen. Oh and my car rate was more than double of what i'm paying now."
