"I have been going to this business for years. The service providers have always done a wonderful job and the owner is delightful. The owner even says hello to me at the local luxury gym! However, never until very recent have I encountered such a RUDE RECEPTIONIST!! They returned my voice message and 1- she did not introduce herself 2- started the conversation by saying " I got your message, let me TELL YOU how it works when you book online with attitude... 3- When I tried to point out that their booking serving is showing only one provider despite checking everyday for the next 6 weeks and perhaps there is a system issue ... She told me I was wrong and rude. The receptionist then proceeded saying that Julie can deal with you hung up on me. I don't know if I will go back. It is very hard to find a good place, but dealing with that kind of customer service is not worth it. That is not how a professional should act towards clients."
