"I would give it 5 stars, but I feel absolutely suffocated when I enter this store. I feel bad because I know the employees are made to interact as much as they can with customers. There is this one woman, and i don’t think she works for ulta directly but maybe for a brand? I know that I can never enter this store in peace without her following me around, staring, and trying to force me to buy or try a product I’m not interested in. If you ask me if I need help and I say no, please do not approach me again. It was to the point today where I had to go to the opposite side of the store to browse because I did not want to interact with her any longer. Goethe than that, the employees a here have always been polite and helpful when I need it."

"Review for the hair service, service date: Jan-2023. The conclusion: it’s the worst hair style I’ve got in 10 years. The charge is twice more than before. I would put minus star if I could. Reason: I explain what I want with pictures everything. She just cut the length and that’s it. Right after, I feel very challenging to handle my hair. Now my hair grew a little bit, it had gaps and inconsistencies all over the place. I regret what I spent. Not recommending this place."

Leeanne found me looking in the skincare isle and helped me find a PERFECT product for me and my skin. She answered all my questions and directed me to different isles, different products, high-end and affordable. She really knew what she was talking about. She made my first shopping experience in MA wonderful! I will be coming back for sure!"
