"I wish I could leave a good review because Nicole was very nice but unfortunately I can’t do that in good faith. I have never ever had such a bad haircut in my life, it was so uneven, choppy and just wrong. I asked for my money back from Nicole for the haircut twice so I could go somewhere else to have it fixed, the owner insisted that I drive back to have it fixed instead. No apology from the owner, she just had the audacity to say they incorrectly charged me for the service but she will let it go this time. They also over charged my credit card and luckily I caught it. Beware that the prices on their website are not accurate what so ever. Needless to say I won’t be returning."

She listened to what I asked for, provided great feedback/suggestions and always asked before and after she did something to make sure it was to my liking. "I have been living in the North Shore for 2 years now, and I have been to 3 or 4 salons, basically struggling to find one that met my standard of quality. I finally found it! Agnes went above and beyond for me as well, I have very long hair and am constantly highlighting blonde (which takes a VERY long time). She was able to accommodate me, all while being one of the sweetest people I've ever met. She was also very knowledgeable. The salon itself is also gorgeous and modern, very clean and professional. My hair came out AMAZING! Thank you!!!"
