"Since BCBS of Mass went to this flex card I’ve had issues It’s bad enough I no longer have flexibility with the weight loss allowance as my choices are limited to programs offered on their site and I can no longer use it for a program at the YMCA I’ve gone to for years The OTC allowance doesn’t work online except for the overpriced items in their catalog I tried to purchase OTCs at Walmart (the exact same item from Blues overpriced catalog) and was declined Tufts offers $1600 in annual dental benefits Human $1200 yet BCBS of Mass only offers $600 This new format is leading me to another insurance provider after being a Blue client for almost a decade"

"Horrible customer service. The employees of this company just don’t care about their customers whatsoever. I’m mute, so I’m not able to call. I listened to my husband in the past week spend hours on the phone just being transferred to wrong departments. HOURS!"
