"I had an incident with a company in 2003. AIG was there insurance company. When I called to get the documents they were accidentally misplaced. The associate actually immediately put into action to find my account and the documents needed. I was emailed the next day (I called late in the afternoon the day before) with what I asked. In addition to this matter if I needed any other assistance they will be pleased to help. WOW! Now the whole experience was outstanding! I believe I'm going to possibly change insurance companies if there policies are as fantastic as there claims department staff. Thank you!"
