"Sam was great to work with. I called his company on a weekend just to leave a message requesting info and he returned my call right away. He explained to us how the process worked, the finish options and the pricing. I was very impressed with how thorough and responsive he was. I obtained two other estimates but Sam’s price was the best and he replied immediately every time I communicated with him. The other two companies I contacted took a few days to respond and send estimates. Their estimates were higher for the same square footage. On the day that the floors were scheduled to be sanded, Sam arrived on time and explained what was going to be done that day. He gave updates each day, finished the job on time. There were no surprises or unexpected costs. The floors came out beautiful and they did a great job cleaning up. We are very happy with the entire experience. Glad we found Sam’s company."

"Sam and his crew did a great job removing carpet and installing oak in our living room and then refinishing existing oak floor. They also removed stairs carpet runner and refinished oak treads and installed oak in upstairs hall. They integrated new living room floor into existing hall and made it look as if it had always been wood. Floors are beautiful. Service was outstanding. Sam is very responsive and crew is hardworking. They are doing second project for us in the Spring. Highly recommend."

"This is the third time that my 60 year old floors have been redone. Sam and his crew did the best job by far. Sam walked us through the process explaining the need for three coats and the pros and cons of different finishes. As the first set of pictures show some rooms were OK shape but the hallways had taken a beating from 2-3 large dogs living with us during that period. In some areas wear extended below the surface. When Leon and John arrived they confidently stated they would take care of everything including some waves in the flooring that previous contractors had ignored. As the photos show their meticulous efforts and knowledge resulted in beautifully restored hallways and beautiful finished project."
