Reviews
"Friendly knowledgeable guys, may not have everything from website at store so you might want to call first."
"I went to the Nashua store today and the two gentlemen were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Can’t say enough good about my experience. Thank you"
"My latest experience with LL Flooring was very good. The sales person, Dylan, was excellent and responsive to my questions and concerns. The installation was completed by LL Flooring through a sub-contractor. The sub-contractor was a 2 man team, Tiego and Joe, that did a fantastic job. They worked long and hard to complete the work, were always approachable and a pleasure to 'work' with. I have been a customer of LL Flooring for many years and over those years I personally installed the 100s of sq feet of the Bella Wood oak flooring. The product installed for this review was the Builder Pride 3/8" engineered oak flooring. I installed one room and was impressed by the quality of the flooring and how it installed. I then decided to have LL Flooring complete the remaining rooms mostly due to my available time and the effort is takes to install any floor. I left it to the pros."
"In sum, getting my flooring installed from LL Flooring, and this location specifically, was without doubt the most stress inducing, time consuming, and infuriating way I could have chosen to spend five figures. Exhibit "A" being the attached pics of my multicolored stair treads...I only ordered one color. They outsource everything, and all throughout, have taken responsibility for none of the problems they themselves caused. Below is a timeline of events. Interspersed throughout this timeline were countless calls to the Nashua branch, LL Flooring's 800 number, the installers, and LL's financing department. Many calls go unanswered, voicemails and emails do not get returned, and none of these parties communicate with one another. We even got an assigned customer care agent and case number, who consistently said she would come back to us with updates yet never followed up on her own deadlines. - October 1: Measurements taken by outside contractor. The flooring project was for my staircase from the first to the second floor, and throughout the second floor. The specific type of flooring was to be uniform throughout all of the installation areas. - October 2: I apply for financing through LL Flooring, which they use Synchrony Bank for. I am granted a line of credit but it's not enough for the project, so I request an increase through the only means Synchrony's site presents, a chatbot. Chatbot does not ask which line of credit I need to increase, so it grants me a credit line increase for a DIFFERENT credit card (synchrony manages lots and lots of store credit cards). Credit line increase for LL Flooring thereafter rejected due to already having a recent credit line increase thanks to the chatbot. - October 5: I call store and ask if we can add one more 200 sq foot room to the project. They confirm, say I can come sign contract next day. - October 6: I sign a contract for both the parts and installation labor of flooring from LL Flooring's Nashua branch. - November 1: Installers come to do first half of installation, but they have no record of the additional room being a part of the project. They complete the second floor installation. I call Nashua LL flooring, who say they do have record of the additional room request, but it was not added to the project. So they had led me to believe that the quote they presented and that I signed off on included that room. - November 9th: installers arrive to install staircase flooring, upon arriving and examining the delivered materials, the installer informed us that LL Flooring had sent the incorrect type of stair treads. They could not proceed that day, and would return when the right treads were delivered. LL Flooring never comes to pick up the incorrect flooring they sent, it is still sitting in my basement. - December 6th: The newly arrived correct treads were fully installed. Once all flooring was installed, it was immediately evident that there were two distinct colorations of the flooring, despite having ordered only one color. All of the second floor, along with the staircase's winders (the big triangle steps halfway up where it changes direction) are one color, and the main staircase treads are a different color. - December 16th: I get ahold of our assigned LL Flooring representative, and email her pictures of the steps. She agrees they are different colors, and says that this is attributable to the mistake in the original staircase tread order, but despite accepting responsibility for the inconsistent coloration, offers no remediation to the problem. She tells me she will discuss this with her supervisors and related people involved with the project, and at latest, give me some sort of update by the following Wednesday, which would be December 22nd. That was the last I heard from her, as of January 4th."
"Really good selection and service. Ask for Adam, he is great. Little delay on order due to covid, but they treated me great!"
