"Call center needs improvement. Consistently over 30 minutes wait to speak to a customer service rep if you need phone assistance. No callback option or even info on expected wait times are offered, which would be fairly easy to implement and represent a minimal effort to respect customer's time. Good insurer in other respects, so hope this gets addressed. Three stars at this time."
