"This guy doesn't even know how to answer his phone without being rude. I thought I had connection issues but it was him hanging up on me. When he finally answered he had zero manners. I had to ask him if he was a builder. I don't know how he gets perspective clients. If he acts like that on the phone I can't imagine how he is to work with throughout an entire build. Hard pass even if he was available!"
