Davids handyman and remodeling

"Do NOT use Dave. He is DISHONEST, LAZY, UNTRUSTWORTHY, and does POOR WORK! I hired him last September to do a simple tub and tile project in the guest bathroom at my vacation home. He said it would take two weeks-it took him nearly 6 MONTHS! So many delays and BS excuses in between-it was only after threatening to sue him that he finished. Unfortunately I paid him in full before I used the shower as the temperature gauge was incorrectly installed-it is stuck in the “hot” position so the shower is unusable and Dave refuses to answer my calls and texts to come fix it! Dave is a disgrace to all honest and hardworking handymen everywhere. He’s not a handyman he’s an AGGRAVATION-MAN."

"We met with Dave, paid him 1/2 of his required fee. Ordered the materials. We have been trying to reach him for over 1 month and he does not respond to voice mail, emails or text messages. The job still needs to be started. Not happy-he did not do the construction or repair we hired him for. Still unable to contact him. Very disappointed-not a good way to run a business."

"He sound really nice on phone, made a appt to come and give me a estimate and never came. Called twice to see why he didn't come, no reply. It would have been okay, if he just called and told me why he didn't make the appt. He just called and said that he had to go out of town in a emergency, so he didn't get my messages, until today. Made a new appt. for tomorrow."
