"So unhappy. ALWAYS purchase glasses as Lenscrafters without problems (and in about an hour). I had an appointment in early December and was encouraged to try progressive lenses. I ordered them Dec 26 and was told it would take a week maybe a day or too longer because of New Year holiday. Got a call today that they are STILL not ready; hopefully next week (3 weeks total). I needed them while out on medical leave which has ended so don't really need them now. They won't let me cancel the order because lenses are already done. What?!? I don't even want them and they cost me a whopping $850. Will NEVER order here again."
