"I felt like the service was rushed and the woman cutting my hair didn't ask about how I wanted the back cut nor did she ask about the sideburns. Is there anyway I can get compensation for my haircut? Edit: I haven't heard back on a official response about my bad haircut after I emailed them. Edit: After 3 attempts to get anywhere with this place and not receiving any follow-ups to resolve my complaint, I'm pretty much done sith joint. They don't care. If they did, they would have to resolution to make both parties happy."

"The service was awful. Had appointments said 22 min and after watching stylist talk, spend time sweeping the same floor at lest 3 times as they talked and one to disappear 2 different times never saying anything but 2 other people came in and wait time went from 22 min to 41 min in a matter of 15 mins and finally getting taken 18 mins after assigned appointment. Will not be returning soon"
