"I brought my son in to be accessed for braces. We waited an hour and a half to be seen for X-rays and photos. The office said I would hear back from them in about 3 weeks. After waiting 6 weeks for a call back, I reached out to the office, who then said they were waiting on the insurance. When I called the insurance, they said they had notified the office that they didn’t send everything as needed for the insurance to make a determination. I added the office onto this call, and they said they would notify the office manager. It has now been over 4 months, I have received insurance paper work that they have approved my son for braces, but have been unsuccessful being able to reach the office for an appt. I do NOT recommend this office under any circumstances."

"My daughter went for an appointment. She arrived 30 minutes before the appointment and they left her waiting in the lobby for 1 hour, then told her she had to leave because they were already closed. Their next appointment available is in 2 months. This is the worst experience I've had in any clinic. I'm changing her to another braces place."
