"I come in early for my appointment only to have to wait an hour while people who come in late and show up two hours late for their appointment gets called in before my kids do. Whatever system they have going is stupid and they should correct it. Because how is that I show up in time and have the whole waiting room get cleared out before I get called in."

"This is the worst possible dentist office you can go i recently went in for a filling and they left my root canal open and ask me to come back and see a specialist. After waiting 3 weeks with an open root canal (a whole in my tooth)that they made in order to stop a cavity, and decay if that’s even true or necessary I received a call and it said this is your dentist we are calling because we want to change your appointment from Sunday at 12:00 to 11:30 on Monday and after all of this they said I wasn’t able to go to the office because I broke the appointment. Terrible place to get your teeth fixed"

"I wish that I could give them 0. I didn't even visit this office today, I canceled my appointment. From dentist to staff lacking of total professionalism, and very rude. I had Arnold top for almost 20 years, so did my mom and sister, sadly he retired. I was recommended dr. Davis as an option, oh my I have regretted this decision. I went for my cleaning, I just got my teeth blush and shower on my face. When the dentist came to check me out, I tod her how I felt, she didn't pay much attention , then she said that everything was fine. I asked the front desk if I could cone back, and have someone else to do the cleaning, and their answer was they had a staff shortage, and that I must likely would have the same one"

"I usually see Dr. Hills and she is the best dentist I ever had. She is very professional and cares a lot about my dental health. The exam is very thorough and gentle. Dr. Hills is also very warm and caring and always treats me like family. I refused to see anyone else."

"My husband was a new pt. They booked his appt and got him in quickly. Dr Hills was awesome! The office staff is super friendly and was very helpful when speaking to them by phone (3x) as well as in the office."
