"Service is really bad. The dentists are incapable of doing a good job. I got 4 root canals done for the money (went to 2 other dentists in the US and à in DR and they all told me I didn't need the root canals. I was 19 or so :) and the were done in the same year), changed the dentist and this one neglects my feedback/concerns about my teeth. I still have braces on but I can't stand them anymore and I'm looking for other options. They suck at everything literally. 0/5 stars"

"As a Dominican, the staff here has set our people back 50 years. Very disappointing how unprofessional those girls are in there. They are losing money for that practice and I feel bad for the doctor because he is very good and professional, but desperately needs a change in staff. How do you call and pressure your clients into showing up to their appointments on time and then leave them waiting because you want to have a meeting when you are suppose to be open? As a manager, I have my meetings early so that we are ready to open and serve our customers by the time they come in through those doors. The staff always has a terrible attitude and wants to laugh in your face when you hold them accountable for doing their job. Unprofessional and terrible service! Never again!!!"

"I mean where do I begin.. i waited an HOUR past my scheduled appointment time, even people who showed up after me were walking in before me. At long last I was finally taken in for a screening, where not only was the dentist sneezing and coughing throughout the appointment, but I was offered treatments that were far more extensive than I had expected, so much so in fact that I received a second AND THIRD opinion, which both agreed that the original plan to fix my teeth was ridiculously too much.. clearly just trying to run up my bill! BANK ROBBERS! A laughably bad experience. I’ll be taking my teeth and my money elsewhere and I suggest you do the same!"

"ZERO STARS, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Unprofessional is an understatement. I should’ve turned right around when I smelt the sewage stench brewing in the lobby. My sister and I came here as a new clients. I was told I had multiple cavities, unfortunately trusted them and had them filled. Months later, I had a filling fall out and returned to have it fixed. I was then told I needed a root canal on the tooth the filling fell out of. Luckily I got a second opinion from another practice and was told i did not need a root canal. My sister who’s had less than five cavities in her whole life was told she had FOURTEEN cavities, and they filled all 14 in the SAME day. This place needs to be shut down!! The entire staff is rude, even their dentists. This is the kind of place that makes people afraid of the dentist. They’re taking advantage of their clients by doing unnecessary procedures for money, and they are RUINING people’s teeth without remorse. Please PLEASE don’t go here!!!"
