"We rented a home on the water in scarborough sight unseen. Never i repeat never rent from curry without seeing the property inside and out!! Even tho the owner took no pride in his property and let it become rundown dirty and unsafe, curry agency did not represent us fairly or adequately! Cindy did not respond to my emails nor did she tour the home with us after we expressed our concerns about its condition. Very disappointed. Will never rent from curry again"

This year's house was so spacious and the bedrooms accommodated everyone to their liking. The outdoor shower was fixed the very first day, and was a such a nice amenity, especially for my grandsons. As always you attend to our needs, and seem to know what we like. After 8 years, and multiple rentals, you've never let us down. "My family rented a pricy beach house on the ocean. The house was filthy, run down and honestly in horrible condition. Appliances were broken, mattresses were ripped, smelly and extremely uncomfortable. The other furniture was broken and sparse. The rental was not even ready for us when we arrived. The property manager was very dishonest. We will be reaching out to the owners to let them know. Please do not rent from this agency without going to see the condition of the property first! The online pictures of this property were gorgeous, it was false representation. We were very unhappy."
