"We had our annual HSM volunteer appreciation event at Black Point Inn. A beautiful elegant inn with top quality food and service. Such a great classy venue Oceanside!"
"Note: This review is only for the restaurant. The dining room manager needs to chill. Scolding your staff on the dining room floor is MUCH more embarrassing than a tray being left out. We went for Sunday lunch, the manager was making snide, unnecessary comments and scolding his staff. Our food took nearly 2 hours to come out and everything was very cold. However I will say the clam chowder was some of the best I ever had. The drinks and the rest of the staff were great as well."

"The inn is beautiful and is located in a very scenic area with a breathtaking view of the bay, especially at sunset. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will be returning for our next vacation."
"Went for 50th anniversary dinner. Didn't have our reservation, that I booked on their web site, but gave us a great table. Wasn't too busy, luckily. Food was very good, not great and was reasonably priced. Wine list attributed champagnes as from Napa, even tho are French...a funny error...we'd go back."
