Try every phone number listed for them between 9-9:30 am on a weekday, and most just ring endlessly without even an answering service enabled (no announcement of any kind). Happily, I was calling to cancel my service anyways, but I can’t imagine how bad it would be to try and file a claim. Allston, if you are paying attention, you are way behind the times."
