"THIS RATING IS FOR THE ANSWERING SERVICE ONLY! I spoke to a man who was extremely rude. I was very upset and crying. He could care less. He kept saying excuse me, excuse me. When he got what he needed he hung up on me. When I was in desperate need of speaking to a Dr. He said he would have the Dr. call me. Then hung up. He should be working for an insurance company not a healthcare company. This was on Sept. 4th at 4:20 in the afternoon. I hope someone knows who the man was that was working for the on call service company that day because the way he treats people is extremely inappropriate and he knows he is dealing with a mental health facility. Because of that fact alone, if he can’t handle it go away. Otherwise have some patience and compassion for people who never asked to have mental health issues. I have been with this practice for 14 years. If I ever get treated like that again, I will go somewhere else where I will be respected. He isn’t an asset to this healthcare company."
