"Inexperienced practitioners. Entered inaccurate information in my health records which is now negatively impacting my health. I have pointed out the inaccuracies but they refused to correct them. Avoid this place."

"Every little thing takes multiple calls to be made and follow up required if you want to get it done. Every time hoping that this time the request would be taken seriously and will he completed. Including refills, which is huge waste of time. Simple refill requests take DAYS. With the shortages going on, by the time my script is approved, another pharmacy is out of the supplies, so another few days to get script be approved and sent out to a new pharmacy... so frustrating. It was much better before they moved to a stratham location, never had these problems back then."

"One of the worst places I’ve been. That’s saying a lot considering we are a military family. So I’ve seen a lot. They can’t use their own technology for check in. I had checked in, it didn’t register so therefore made me “considerably late” I was in the parking lot like I was told to be waiting for a text back. Finally get a call to check in again but then told they can’t see me since I was oh so late!"

"Brought my S/O here for a serious mental health crisis, they fought us and tried to turn her away because she had a runny nose. These people do not care about your mental health, but would rather place your life on the line because they're scared of a virus, they humiliated her in front of everybody in the waiting room. Don't work in the medical field if you can't handle the risks that come with it. Do not come to this medical facility if you are looking to be treated for severe depression, they simply do not care about you."

"I have been happy with both Core Physicians (Stratham) for adult primary as well as pediatric (Epping). Those I interact with (phone and on-site) are pleasant and kind. My wait time in the waiting room has never been long as well as my wait in the exam room. The medical attention I receive has always been good too. Having visited these practices pre-covid and during covid, I can say I am pleased with the care I have received as well as the care my child has received. We have been patients for over 3 years."
