"Terrible place, sent my partners prescription to the wrong pharmacy three times, after swearing that they didn’t. We’re changing doctors immediately. Denied my partners prescription years ago, should’ve left then. Took ME calling the NEW PATIENT LINE just to get through to someone today. They admitted to screwing up and never followed up to say they corrected the mistake and when the prescription would be fulfilled. Could’ve been your medication. Keep that in mind and call somewhere else."

She truly cares about her patients! I highly recommend her as your PCP. I switched from the Seacoast when I moved here and couldn’t be happier with Dr Renner and the entire staff!"

"Just transferred my son here for primary care close to home, it was a very good experience and everyone we encountered in this office visit were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I'm thinking about transferring as well. I have worked In healthcare and knowing how trying it can be It was nice to see such a pleasant atmosphere. I was so impressed with Ellen his provider, she looked over his records before she saw him and knew exactly what to expect and made my teenage son comfortable. We found a keeper!"

"I am not an actual patient of this practice, but have trying to become one for 2 years, as my doctor moved to this practice. I have been asked repeatedly to release my records and have them sent over to the practice. I have done this multiple times and having worked in a clinic setting myself, it's not a difficult task, yet they claim to never receive my medical records. I have been in contact with my old clinic and have no reason to believe they have not sent my records. This is ludicrous"

"Ellen is great. I'm beyond upset with their billing department. They put me into collections for my office visit as it was coded incorrectly as an illness visit. I scheduled an annual physical examination several weeks in advance. This is unacceptable. When you contact them through the patient portal the responses are either slow or nonexistent. When you call for assistance you are put into the dreaded general voice mail system."
