"Horrible month and a half experience with Ingrid Sherrill PA and Scott French MD. No one should experience the lack of care as I did. I had to go elsewhere to be treated properly - shame on you 2"
"They don't care what the patients issue is. Can't get simple pain relief for an extracted tooth because Tylenol and ibuprofen work just as well apparently."
"Everyone here is very friendly and efficient. I never wait long for an appointment and it’s not crowded. My PCP is great, detailed, and shows lots of care for me and my health, and she is very responsive over email for smaller concerns or questions which is super helpful. The only negative is one of the lab techs is not very good at drawing blood and left me with a huge bruise. Otherwise I enjoy coming here and my health needs are always well met, and the online portal is super easy to use. I also appreciate their sensitivity to Covid and ensuring everyone is comfortable and safe in a medical setting. (It’s a shame some Covid deniers have brought down their rating!)"
"Went in for my yearly physical ( sept 2021) dr. Kapala did not listen to my concerns about the covid vaccine, only tried to convince me to take it. I shared with her some of the very valid concerns I have( and the severe reaction my 22 year old son directly had from his shot) , and she said to me " nobody has died from the vaccine. You're not going to die from the vaccine " which actually, according to even the CDC site is incorrect. I feel that a dr. Has a responsibility to listen and respect our concerns and research to give helpful, correct information. I also learned, for the first time in my life ( I'm 52) that my cholesterol is slightly elevated. No suggestions on how to fix that...just that its up. Drs don't seem to want to actually help anymore. Just diagnose and push meds. Its unfortunate..but I also want to add here that she is nice, and I don't necessarily have issue with her until she showed that was clearly against addressing anything other than the narrative they have been fed. I hope she starts doing more of her own research to better understand and help ALL her patients."
"My son lost his doctor in Topsham. They switched him to Bath. His was due for his yearly physical. We were told he was only going to meet his new doctor because she wanted to know more about his needs, She spent time discussing his past medical history. She barely looked him over. It was not a physical she said. When we checked out they told us it was a physical and scheduled him for a follow up in 6 months. She did not give him a full check up. I'm sure they are going to bill for one. I wish we could find another doctor. My son's needs were not met!"
