"I eagerly waited almost 2 months for a (cash pay) new patient appointment for help with a debilitating health condition. Two days prior to the appointment I received both a reminder voicemail and a text message stating my appointment time and that there was a 24 hour cancellation policy. Neither asked me to confirm my appointment or to take any action. I therefore took no actions to cancel and arrived as scheduled. The receptionist told me upon arrival that she had cancelled my appointment the day before because I had not returned her emails. Apparently, she had spelled my name wrong in my email address and knew the emails were not going through, but I had no way of knowing this or that there was any issues at all. Her rudeness was shocking and left me in tears. I felt scolded like a dog and humiliated, and was sent away without being seen. Terrible, disappointing experience. No apologies and no kindness offered at all."

"I really wanted to continue going to RHC and had a great experience with Carrie at my first visit, but very expensive, time-sensitive lab results took TWO MONTHS to be received and released to me, and she insisted I schedule another ($75) consult to review my lab results. No one was ever available in the office to answer or return my calls, and my emails went unanswered. I was completely unimpressed."
