"The staff were very professional and courteous. My cat Sophie who is 16+ in age was very sick not eating or drinking. When I noticed blood in her urine being on a Saturday I brought her in. She had a stone and given her age no surgery was done. With the proper medication within 3 days she started feeling better. It has been about 2 weeks now and she is her old self. "It's a first rate facility with great staff. Dr. Knighton is just the best primary care giver you can ask for and I've been lucky enough to have a few good ones. All of the team are friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions or take care of your needs. You'd be hard pressed to find better care."

"Dr Knighton is one if the best Doctors in the area. However. The lab associated with this office Nordx is rude and really makes his office look bad. I travel 40 minutes to see this doctor. The lab will not complete lab work without appointment and the doctor said we will have you go right in. The lab tech comes out and asks do you have an appointment. When she finds out no. She said you have to make an appointment. I am not going home 40 min to come back 40 minutes to get labs. Especially at 6.50 a gal for my truck fuel. That is ridiculous. The tech was very ride about it and I notified Knighton office immediately. They offered other locations for labs that were even more inconvenient. I know the Lab is not part of Knightons staff. However. I would evict them, if they cannot provide the services, they were put there to complete. Dr Knighton this is a direct reflection on your practice. Staffing is a big part of what we do in business. If our staff is not in sync or contracted firms are not in sync, it directly impacts businesses. Please make changes to this you are a good doctor. Your staff is going to ruin you."

"I have lived all over the country, had several providers, and I work in the medical field. I feel somewhat qualified to leave a review. I understand it is relative. Dr. Knighton is a PCP that values the person, is authentically passionate about CURRENT medicine. I understand some of the frustration other reviewers have left. However, the care received is the GOLD standard and the doctor giving the care is genuine, wholesome, and proactive. I could not be more thankful. Some choose to hold on to negative experiences that are ancillary and specious. My advice would be to hold on to the value and top tier care received here. Of course, this is my experience. I felt compelled to put the good out there because Dr. Knighton deserves it."
