"Dorothy at the front desk was incredibly helpful and polite, fitting me in the day I called, and Gordon, the physical therapist, was amazing, asking me detailed questions about my injury and actively listening to my responses, and then manipulating my foot and ankle (sprained ankle) while checking in with me to help pin-point the issue. He gave me very detailed and clear instructions about stretches to do at home and very patiently answered my follow-up questions. I'm always skeptical of places with tons of 5 star reviews, because it makes me think that they are perhaps pressuring their clients to review the place, but at the same time I was a little hesitant to visit a practice that barely had any reviews, so I'm hoping to rectify the situation. They are great people and great at the work they do!"
